 Lisa Brannon is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor, and trusted industry leader who brings heart, strategy, and results to every client relationship. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and carries elite designations including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), SRS, ABR, SFR, Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist Certification and is a 2019 NEFAR Leadership Academy Graduate. Lisa served as NEFAR Young Professionals Network Chair (2019–2021) and Florida Realtors Director (2022–2023), and now proudly serves as 2nd Vice President and Membership Committee Chair for the First Coast Association of Realtist (FCAR) with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (2025–2027), along with 2nd Vice President and Membership Chair for the Women’s Council of the First Coast (2025–2027).  She brings over 30 years of experience in operations and customer service, 24 years in banking, and more than 20 years in real estate and banking management.
